Is Reslota a Lahore company?
Yes. Reslota was founded in 2026 and is based in Lahore. The team that builds it is the team that sets it up at your counter.
Who uses Reslota in Lahore?
Tea Wala, in Moon Market, Allama Iqbal Town, became our first paying client in September 2026 and runs its day on Reslota, including the till that keeps working offline.
Which areas of Lahore do you come to?
All of them: DHA, Gulberg, Johar Town, Model Town, Allama Iqbal Town, Bahria Town, Wapda Town and the rest of the city. Outside Lahore, Reslota runs online, so a cafe anywhere in Pakistan can use it.
How long does setup take?
A day. We load your menu and set up your printers with you, and you put a real order through before we leave.
How much does it cost?
Reslota POS is Rs 3,000 a month per cafe. Reslota POS AI, which adds the AI on WhatsApp, is Rs 5,000, and Reslota AI Pro, which also takes table bookings, is Rs 7,000. Every plan starts with 7 days free and no card.
Is it PRA or FBR integrated?
Not yet. PRA and FBR invoicing are on our plan, and nothing on this page claims them. If your business must report through PRA today, tell us first and we will tell you honestly where it stands.
Does it keep working when the internet goes?
Yes, at the till. The device you mark as the till keeps taking orders and printing slips, and the orders reach Reslota by themselves once the connection is back, none of them twice. Waiters' phones and the WhatsApp AI need a connection.
