Reslota is run by a small team in Lahore, Pakistan. There is no ticket system and no bot standing in the way here. Whichever way you reach us, your message lands with a real person who can actually help.
What people usually write to us about
- Booking trouble. Something went wrong with a reservation you made over WhatsApp. Tell us the cafe's name and the phone number you booked with, and we will trace it.
- Your data. You want to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you. See the section just below.
- Getting your cafe on Reslota. You run a cafe or restaurant and want help with guest conversations, counter orders or reservations. We would genuinely love to hear from you.
- Anything else. A bug, an idea, or a question these pages did not answer.
Data deletion requests
To have your data removed, reach us in either of these ways:
- Email contact@reslota.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", or
- Message +92 315 8846239 on WhatsApp.
Please include the phone number you used to book so we can find your records. We delete everything within 30 days and write back to confirm. Our privacy policy explains the full process.
Where we are
Lahore, Pakistan. We do not keep a public office. You will usually find us in one of the cafes we work with, which we think is the best part of the job.
