What cafe owners ask about a POS
How much does Reslota POS cost in Pakistan?
Reslota POS is Rs 3,000 a month per cafe, with no charge per counter, per user or per order. Reslota POS AI, with the AI answering your guests on WhatsApp, is Rs 5,000, and Reslota AI Pro, which also takes table bookings, is Rs 7,000. Every plan starts with 7 days free and no card.
Do I need to buy special hardware?
No. Reslota runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or laptop you already have. For printed slips and bills, it works with the receipt printers cafes already use, through a small print helper on the counter computer.
Which printers does it work with?
Receipt printers of any width: 58 mm and 80 mm thermal printers, and 76 mm impact printers in the kitchen. You set how many characters each printer fits, separately for the kitchen and the bill, and every slip is laid out to fit it.
Can it keep udhaar (khata) for regular customers?
Yes. Settle a bill as udhaar against the guest's number, and it goes on their tab. The customer list shows who owes what, and when they pay, the money clears their oldest bills first and goes into that day's cash.
Is Reslota FBR or PRA integrated?
Not yet. It is on our plan, and nothing on this page claims a tax integration. If your cafe needs FBR or PRA invoicing today, tell us early and we will tell you honestly where it stands.
Does it work without internet?
Not yet. Reslota needs a connection today, and a mobile hotspot is enough. Working through an internet cut is what we are building next.
Can waiters take orders on their phones?
Yes. Each person signs in with their own account. A waiter takes orders and sends them to the kitchen, a rider sees their deliveries, and the owner and manager see everything, including the reports.
What does the AI in Reslota do?
It answers your guests on WhatsApp, in English, Urdu and Roman Urdu, day and night: your menu, opening hours, location and delivery questions, and on the top plan, table bookings. Is there a POS in Pakistan with AI?

Can guests order on WhatsApp too?
On the Reslota POS AI plan, the AI answers guests' questions about your menu and delivery on WhatsApp and passes their order to your staff. The POS on its own does not use WhatsApp for guests.
How long does it take to set up?
A day. We load your menu and your printers with you, and you put a real order through it before we leave.
Which cities do you work in?
Anywhere in Pakistan. Reslota runs online, so a cafe in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad or anywhere else sets up the same way. We are based in Lahore.
